Pakistan Agricultural Research Council (PARC), an apex scientific and research organization at national level in the agriculture sector invites applications for appointment of qualified and competent persons against the following posts on contract basis under following four PSDP funded development projects:

1.UDC (PPS-04)

Qualification & Experience

i. BA/B.Sc or equivalent qualification

ii. Not more than one third division OR grade D in the academic career.

iii. Candidates must have sufficient knowledge of typing & computer/administrative/Store/Procurement.

iv. Good writing & oral skills.

2.Computer Assistant (PPS-03)

Qualification & Experience

i. ICS/I.Com/ Intermediate or equivalent qualification with 01 year diploma in Computer from recognized institute. Not more than one third division OR grade D in the academic career.

3.Sr. Scientific Officer (PPS-08)

Qualification & Experience

i. Ph.D/ M.Phil/ M.Sc (Hons) in Plant Breeding / Biotechnology.

 ii. In case of M.Phil/ M.Sc (Hons), 05 years field or lab experience preferably in Molecular Rice Breeding / Biotechnology.

 iii. Place of posting: NIGAB, Islamabad: 01

4.Scientific Officer (PPS-07)

Qualification & Experience

i. M.Sc (Hons) Agriculture (Plant Breeding / Biotechnology / Agronomy/Pathology/Entomology).

5.Accounts Assistant (PPS-05)

Qualification & Experience

i. B.Com/BBA

ii. Place of posting: PMU, Islamabad: 01

6.Lab Technician (PPS-05)

Qualification & Experience

i. M.Sc/ B.Sc or equivalent qualification with good computer / writing & oral communication skills.

ii. Place of posting: NIGAB, Islamabad: 01

7.Scientific Assistant(PPS-05)

Qualification & Experience

i. B.Sc (Hons) Agriculture

ii. Place of posting: RRS-KSK, Lahore: 01

8.LDC (PPS-03)

Qualification & Experience

i. FA/F.Sc/1.Com/ICS or equivalent qualification having typing speed 40 words per minute and sufficient computer knowledge.

ii. Place of posting: PMU, Islamabad: 01

9.Field Assistant PPS-02

Qualification & Experience

i. Matric with Diploma in Field Assistant 

ii. Place of posting: NIGAB, Islamabad: 01

10.Driver (PPS-02)

Qualification & Experience

i. Matric with LTV/HTV driving license with 03 years experience. 

ii. Place of posting: Rice-CSI, Islamabad: 01

11.Office/Computer Assistant PPS-05

Qualification & Experience

i. BA/B.Sc or equivalent qualification with good computer / writing & oral communication skills.

ii. Place of posting: NPMU, Islamabad: 01
