STAFF URGENTLY REQUIRED
PPHI Sindh, a company set up under section 42 of Companies Act, 2017 (Formerly Companies Ordinance, 1984), requires services of dynamic and highly motivated individuals having domicile of Sindh, on a contract basis, for the following positions:
1.Pediatrician
Qualification and Experience:
M.B.B.S and F.C.P.S/M.C.P.S/ Diploma in relevant specialty with preferably One year experience in relevant field.
2.Ophthalmologist
Qualification and Experience:
M.B.B.S and DMRD with preferably six months experience in relevant field.
3.Sonologist
Qualification and Experience:
M.B.B.S and DMRD with preferably six months experience in relevant field.
4.Pathologist
Qualification and Experience:
Pathology. Candidate must be Registered with PMDC as Pathologist with 1 years' experience in Clinical Pathology.
5.Administrator Hospital
Qualification and Experience:
Management having (50 bedded or above) hospital management and administrative experience of 10 or more years. OR
Retired Army Major and above rank in AMC is also eligible.
6.District Coordinator (EPI)
Qualification and Experience:
MBBS with three (03) years' experience in vertical programs especially in immunization/polio eradication program at District level position.
7.Senior Manager Human Resource
Qualification and Experience:
MBA/Master's Degree in Human Resource Management or Higher from a reputed HEC recognized university. Any additional qualification in Human Resource Management will be preferred. Candidate(s) must have strong report writing skills and proficiency in IT, MS Office and any relevant software(s) is essential.
Candidate(s) should have minimum eight (08) years of relevant post-qualification work experience in Human Resource Management in reputed national and/or international organization(s) at a mid-level management position. Candidate(s) must have extensive experience in recruitment, performance management, employee relations, compensation, training and development and HR Administration. Candidates having experience in national and/or international development organizations will be given preference.
8.Manager Provident Fund
Qualification and Experience:
MBA (Finance)/ACCA/ICMA/CA with minimum five (05) years of post-qualification work experience as Fund Manager or Finance Manager in reputed national or international organization, Candidate(s) should have strong skills in financial and investment analysis and should be proficient in the use of MS Office particularly in MS Excel and MS Access.
9.Manager Human Resource
Qualification and Experience:
MBA/Master's Degree in Human Resource Management or higher from a reputed HEC recognized university. Candidate(s) must have strong report writing skills and proficiency in IT, MS Office and any relevant software(s) is essential.
Candidate(s) should have minimum five (05) years of relevant post-qualification work experience in Human Resource Management at managerial post in reputed national and/or international organization(s) at a mid-level management position.
10.Manager Monitoring
Qualification and Experience:
Master's degree in relevant Social Sciences or Master's in Public Health/ Public Administration/ Business Administration or higher from a reputed HEC recognized university. Any additional qualification in monitoring and evaluation will be preferred. Candidates must have strong report writing skills and proficiency in IT, MS Office and any relevant software(s) is essential.
Candidate(s) should have minimum five (05) years of relevant post-qualification work experience in a managerial position in monitoring and evaluation in reputed national and/ or international developmental organizations, development programs or projects.
Candidate(s) must have prior experience of developing and implementing M&E strategies and frameworks, major quantitative and qualitative monitoring methodologies, proven ability to design monitoring tools with extensive experience in the design and implementation of capacity building activities in M&E.
11.Manager Operations
Qualification and Experience:
Master's degree in relevant Social Sciences or Master's in Public Health/ Public Administration/ Business Administration or higher from a reputed HEC recognized Head Office Karachi university. Candidates must have strong report writing skills and proficiency in IT, MS Office and any relevant software(s) is essential.
Candidate(s) should have minimum five (05) years of relevant post-qualification work experience in a managerial position in operations of reputed national and/or international developmental organizations, development programs or projects. Candidates having experience in operational activities of a leading organization(s) will be given preference
12.Manager Procurement
Qualification and Experience:
Master's Degree in Procurement/Supply Chain Management/ Finance from a reputed HEC recognized university. Any additional qualification in public-sector procurement or inventory management will be preferred. Candidates must have strong report writing skills and proficiency in IT, MS Office and any relevant software(s) is essential. Candidate(s) should have minimum five (05) years of relevant post-qualification work experience in the field of procurement and inventory management in a managerial position in government, private or intenational organizations. Preference will be given to candidates with rich experience in public-sector procurement in-line with SPPRA/PPRA rules.
13.Female Medical Officer
Qualification and Experience:
M.B.B.S with a Six Months' Training Certificate in Sonography, and having a minimum of one year experience in Gyne & Obs.
14.Executive (Finance & Accounts)
Qualification and Experience:
M.Com/ MBA (Finance) or ACCA/ACMA with three years of post-qualification experience of Maintenance of accounts in Public/ Private sector organization.
15.Pharmacist/Store Manager
Qualification and Experience:
Graduation in Pharmacy. Candidate having 03 years' experience post qualification practical experience in relevant field. Computer literacy is mandatory.
16.Optometrist
Qualification and Experience:
BS in Vision Sciences (04 Year) or equivalent degree from any recognized institute, with minimum 02 year experience in any recognized organization or institute with eye care setup.
