Islamabad Electricity Supply Company is a leading power distribution company of Pakistan serving more than 3.56 million customers with annual revenue base of over Rs. 290 billion having operational jurisdiction that covers five districts namely Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Attock, Jhelum and Chakwal. IESCO is actively looking for high caliber professional for the following positions. The candidates are expected to have demonstrated capability/ potential for their respective responsibilities and proactive management style. These positions are purely on contract basis initially for a period of 1 year (extendable on need & performance basis) and will not be regularized in future.

1.LS-II/ Supervisor

Qualification & Experience:

3 Years Diploma of Associate Engineering in Electrical/ Electronics (1st Division) from recognized Polytechnic Institute.

2.Accounts Assistant

Qualification & Experience:

B.Com. / BBA (Finance) at least 2nd Division from recognized University by HEC or equivalent thereof. BA/B.Sc. at least 2nd Division from recognized University by HEC or equivalent thereof with minimum of 03 years' experience in Audit and Accounts. In addition to above qualifications the candidates should be fully conversant with current PC operating system, MS Office (MS Word, MS Excel and MS Power Point etc)

3.LDC

Qualification & Experience:

Matric (C-grade / 50% Marks).Typing speed (40 wpm) Current PC operating System and MS Word.

4.Winder

Qualification & Experience:

Matric ("C" Grade) with 3 years' experience in the relevant trade

5.Fitter

Qualification & Experience:

Matric with 3 years DAE in Electrical/ Electronics

6.Oil Plant Operator

Qualification & Experience:

Matric ("C" Grade) with 2 years' experience in the relevant

7.Oven Operator

Qualification & Experience:

Matric ("C" Grade) with 2 years' experience in the relevant

8.Welder

Qualification & Experience:

Matric ("C" Grade) with 3 years' experience in the relevant trade

9.Fork Lifter Operator

Qualification & Experience:

Matric with LTV/ HTV License and adequate experience in Trade.

10.Driver

Qualification & Experience:

Matric + LTV License with 5 years post license

11.Helper

Qualification & Experience:

Matric ("C" Grade)

12.Security Guard

Qualification & Experience:

Matriculate or Armed Forces Equivalent Sepoy/Lance Naik or equivalent from retired personnel of Armed Forces (preferably fighting Arms, Zarb -e-Azab experienced fresh retired).

13.Naib Qasid

Qualification & Experience:

Middle

14.sweeper

Qualification & Experience:

Literate

GENERAL CONDITIONS:

a. Candidates applying on appropriate application form for the post available on CTSP-STS (JV) website i.e. www.ctsp.com.pk will only be considered for short-listing.

b. Government Servants/Serving candidates are advised to apply through proper channel.

c. No TA/DA will be allowed to candidates for written test or interview (Where Applicable).

d. For the posts appeared at Sr. No. 13 & 14, only District Jhelum domicile holders can apply and will be considered/shortlisted for appointment at local basis.

e. Dismissed employees from any organization or having criminal record are not eligible for employment in IESCO.

f. Only those candidates who have completed their requisite Qualification are eligible to apply. Candidates to whom final Marks Sheet has not been issued shall not be considered.

g. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for written test and interview.

h. Candidates awaiting their result are not eligible to apply.

1. Eligibility of a candidate shall be determined on the basis of academic qualification, written test and interview marks by the department.

k. IESCO reserved rights to increase or decrease the above vacancies after advertisement on need basis without any notice to public.

m. Incomplete applications or applications carrying incorrect information shall be summarily rejected and applicant will be himself sole responsible.

o. Litigations on account of short-listing/written test will be sole responsibility of Testing Agency (CTSP+STS (JV)).

HOW TO APPLY:

1. Please visit CTSP-STS (JV) website www.ctsp.com.pk for application forms and other information.

ii. Test fee is Rs. 70/-. However, 50% of the Test fee to be bome by the candidates and 50% by the IESCO as per instructions/ guidelines of Establishment Division. Accordingly, Candidates shall submit application forms dully filled in alongwith prescribed fee i.e. Rs. 35/- in favour of CTSP-STS (JV). Remaining 50% fee shall be paid by IESCO directly to CTSP-STS (JV) as per agreement.

iii. Send copy of CNIC and two recent passport Size photographs alongwith a photocopy of application form directly to CTSP-STS (JV) through couriers on the address mentioned on Application Form within fifteen (15) days of publication of advertisement.
